We had to say good bye to our dog Gretel last night. She has been sick for several weeks. After doing everything that could be done, we had no choice but to let her go.

Oh Lisa, I am so sorry. She was adorable! I will be praying for your whole family as losing a pet is truly losing a member of your family. Again, I am so sorry.
Lisa, so sorry to hear about your dog. Was she a schnauzer, it sort of looks like it from the pic? We had a schnauzer growing up. I know what it's like to lose a beloved pet, we had to put our 6 year old dog to sleep 1.5 years ago and it was such a hard decision to make. I'll be thinking of you all. Alison
