Josh got his driver's license today

What a scary but exciting time. Tom took Josh along with two of his best buds early this morning to take his driving test. He passed. Needless to say he is ready to keep the roads hot. I can tell you as a parent this is a scary time. Watching him drive off earlier to go eat lunch and cruise right around here is a bit nerve wracking. I am filled with so many emotions right now. I am very happy for Josh.
Dear God, please look over him and take care of him and his friends. Please bring them home safely.

i truly cannot imagine how you feel! to be so excited for this time in his life because he is excited and then mix all the fears and concerns you would have as a mom. may all of us remember to pray for our friends' children!!

Hey,

Sorry for posting twice but I just showed the pic to Ben and he said, "OH COOL!" Then we noticed that we can see you and Ana Claire in Josh's sunglasses TOO SWEET!

Scary isn't it? Lacey has been driving since November and I still worry when she pulls away from the house. Good Luck Josh!

P.S. I love that Josh has a picture of AC in his wallet!

Well, I have over 12 more years before this event, so I think I'm just going to live in denial that it'll ever happen for a while longer!! But, congratulations to Josh! It is an accomplishment worth noting. And Lisa, you and Josh both have my prayers for safety and peace of mind too!

Congrats on the license! Here in Maine you can't have friends ride with you for 6 months after getting a license.

I'm so not ready for my teen girl to drive... so not ready!
