The pictures are in no particular order. I had a hard time getting blogger to load them.
Yesterday Josh graduated from high school. It was one of those bittersweet moments as a parent you are so happy and proud for them, but sad for yourself. You know this day will come at some point in the future, but its not fun when it creeps up on you. Some parents can't wait for their kids to get old enough to kick them out of the house, but not me. I love having them around. We were going to take family pictures before graduation, but when he put his cap and gown on, I lost it. I cried. I couldn't help myself.
Yesterday marked a day for Josh that closed a chapter of his life and opened a new exciting one. I can't wait to watch how it unfolds. He has grown into a handsome kind hearted young man right before my eyes. This kid has always kept us on our toes. LOL Right before graduation he received a phone call regarding a job he had applied for. He was told he had the job! Wonderful news. It is a great opportunity for him. We are praying that it will turn into an internship while he starts college in the fall and he is able to co-op.

Joshua Thomas Young,
we love you and we are so very proud of you.

Congratulations Josh!!!
Oh Lisa...I'm like you...I don't want my babies to grow up and leave the nest. It's hard...but it's also amazing to watch them grow.

Job well done, mom! :)

Love and blessings,
Robin

Congratulations, Josh. Can you believe high school is now behind you? Where are you headed? Haven't forgotten about your mom's request for guy's hats. Am thinking about college colors. Do you think college kids would wear them? Enjoy your summer!

Great pictures, Lisa. I remember when both of my oldest graduated, I felt the same way. It's emotionally draining! Where did our little kids go? They grow up so fast.
